    Daystate Regal or FX Monsoon

Craig thanks for referring me to Pyramid Air I ended up getting a really great deal with all the items I bough with the BSA, I decided to go with that since I can start out on that and get a more advanced one when I stockpile cash again. Much appreciated.

    (expired)WTB: Daystate Regal or Wolverine

Been looking for these guns and I can't seem to find them or be able to get to the ordering form buy one online, I've been shooting springers all my life and I would like to step up to the PCP's and since I live in Wisconsin it's a little hard to get my hands on one. MOD EDIT: This topic has...

    Daystate Regal or FX Monsoon

Hey all, finally back from the 4th of July trip from Michigan and while I was there a few of the locals there had some PCP rifles that they owned. After getting to know them they let me test the Daystate Regal and the FX Monsoon since I've never shot a PCP rifle before. I'm generally into target...

    Air Arms S500 or S510

Jimmy that is a very good looking gun, it kinda looks like my first 12 gauge I got from my grandpa minus the scope. The stock looks like it would be a bit too bulky for my hands near the barrel, but other than that its a less expensive version of the AA S410 FAC Carbine

Zero is near limit.. need zero to go down

Mark I had a feeling that something would go wrong in the future so I'm trying it on a cheaper scope that I had before trying it with the scope I plan on using.

Headshots are good.. but for a springer.

Huntjunky You do make a good point the wind does affect the .177 more than any other due to the weight of the pellet. I do prefer the .22 over the .177 any day since I can't seem to get a good grouping with the .177 and I know that I have more than enough money to get myself something that far...

    Air Arms S500 or S510

After driving 4 hours to see some PCP rifles in my area, I finally got to shoot the S500 and I love it. It's a vey well crafted gun and the smoothness of the trigger and the ease of the pellet going into the barrel.

Zero is near limit.. need zero to go down

Thanks guys the aluminum can and some double adhesive tape did the trick! I appreciate the help I would've been bummed if I had to wait for a mount just to shoot accurately. Thanks again Pete

Headshots are good.. but for a springer.

I just found a site that sold used air gun parts and found some FX adjustable mounts for $55, plus a hawke scope that is stuck on a mount (I think the screws are stripped on it) and they were asking $249. Not sure if either would be a good get since I have no idea why the FX would be that low...

FX scope mounts for a Springer??.. Hawke scope

I'm just wondering if the adapter would fit on all the way on the weaver, my Beeman is about 4 years old and I did what I could to keep rust off of the weaver. My house use to get really humid and that caused a lot of problems.

(expired)WTS: Benjamin Titan GP .22 caliber.. New still have box

I have a Benjamin Titan that I'm looking to sell, it was supposed to be a replacement for my Beeman dual caliber but I found where I put the .22 barrel for it and didn't have a need for the Titan. I put 100 pellets through it as the break in period, it does have a few scrapes near the stock that...

    Air Arms S500 or S510

Cookie I thought about going better but I grew up a springer and moving up to a PCP is gonna be big change in many things. So I figured start small add a new gun to my collection and start from there, so I can see what I want and need. Thanks for the difference in the two, when I looked online...

Headshots are good.. but for a springer.

I appreciate the explanation on the difference and the costs of being a owner of a PCP rifle, and I've been looking into Hawke scopes with the mil dot sight. From the looks of the FX rifles and the other top brand rifles out there it does look like it gets pricey, but from my look on things...
