According to Daystate catalog the Blackwolf can generate more power with the 23" barrel than with 28" barrel in .177cal. But in other calibers its opposit. Strange..??

MY very first aimed shots done at 40 meters. I had a small gap today to try out the Daystate BW. This gave me a little indication what I in future can expect for the gun. I had no formel papertarget so a napkin was used. I shot some 54 shots starting with 250bar fill. The reg is set at 170bar...

    N/A Damage from slug energy

    Throw in the numbers for a 24grain .177cal doing 50 ft/ibs.

Changed to a blue and here I got the reason why I wanted this gun. 310 m/sec with 22grain ZAN solid = 50,41 ft/ibs. Had anybody asked me 20 years ago in regards to a .177cal doing +50 ft/ibs I would have stated it would have been for no avail. But then the 22 and 24 grain solid didn`t...

vertical strings like often tell too much velocity variation. That reveals it self at longer ranges.

Now this is some great advertising! H&N

There is nothing wrong with pellets. In fact I shoot them all the time. My favorit is the EunJin 16grain round/flatnose or the RWS 9,3grain Supermags WC. All .177cal. Pellets won`t be outdated yet.

Recieved the BW here today. WOW is what I can say. Much nicer in real than just watching in commercials, YouTUbe etc. I was prepared it was a big gun. Not for walking around. More a gun for stationary work. The BW and the Revere compliment eachother as one a small for light light carry and...

Lets see. I have high expectations. When buying premium I want premium results if I do my part. I`ve been beating around the bushes for a HP .177cal for some years. Which one...which one?.. The RW with Heliboard was my choice but I was reluctant in regards to electronics. But That I was...

Thanks guys. Its a .177cal with 28" barrel. For me its not an exercise in air concumption...but again no need to waist air if it does no good. I`d rather have 20 hard shots than 100 puny shots. I`Ll shoot only +20grain pills. My Daystate Revere has 130bar as standard regulator pressure in...
