I got an email from Shane at AoA not long after they opened today. He gave me a couple of suggestions to try. He offered to send me a return tag if I'm not able to solve the issue. He seems willing to help and thinks it can be resolved quickly. That's truly all I could ask for. 

At 11:45pm, I am down to 100 bar. 30 or so hours after filling. I have not gotten a reply to my email to AOA.

When I left this morning for work, the guage read 150 bar. Definately a slow leak. Waiting for AOA to respond to an email asking for guideance.

I received my adapter to fill my Ranger XR yesterday. Filled the gun and shot it twice, just to see how well the moderator worked. Noticed today that it was quite a bit under the full line on the guage. Thinking I didn't quite get it full, I went back to the scuba tank and filled it to the top...

I have one several years old in 177. Shoots great and has a decent trigger. I discovered that I needed a 22 caliber gun and bought a Bantam. Then recently I just had to have a Ranger XR. Its a sickness. As above, try different pellets. My Marauder shoots heavier JSB and Air Arms pellets best.

Just spoke to Share at AOA. He's going to send a replacement stock assembly and a tag for shipping the old one back.

This morning I awoke to find an email from Brocock. I've sent them a picture of the hinge, hopefully described the problem and now I'll wait. The time difference is substantial, so I'm not sure when I will here back. At this point, I would be more than happy to buy a new hinge assembly.

Last weekend after a bit of debit card confusion, I was able to order from ZAN. Several email updates later, I got an email on Thursday informing me that my package was almost to my house. It arrived well boxed and padded with no damage to the several tins of pellets. Absolutely outstanding service!

I also sent a message to Brocock. No reply as of yet. If this is the customer service norm of the airgun industry, I'll stick to the powder burners.

Airguns of Arizona. No call back yet. It's looking like it will go back tomorrow for a refund. Not impressed with their service.

It's a mismachined part. Not sure which piece is out of spec without dimensions to compare. I started playing phone tag with AOA at 10:30 eastern time.

The charging lever is a simple fix. I have machinist friends who can make a shorter one. I've even thought about having one 3D printed. The stock is the biggest issue. I just hate to have to send it back across the country.
