I bought the gun new from Beeman in 1986 I believe it to be the Deluxe model with maple stock; it is .177 cal. SN 60224. I used it lightly for a few years then put it in the safe when we moved. When I resurrected it in 2018, the main seal had disintegrated which is typical. All else was good so...

My Avenger .22 shoots well as built but I want to upgrade for 25m benchrest at 35fpe. My power is OK. What can I do to stabilize the barrel and improve the trigger. What vendors sell trick stuff for it. Thanks for your help…

I called Crosman today and they have the synthetic stock for $46. I tried to order the Lothar Walther barrel offered as an upgrade on new rifles, but so far I can't find the part number; it's not on the parts diagram. Any suggestions? Also, it it worth the money?Thanks again...Jim
