Carbon fiber tanks and hose clamps

Try a pair of these. I use them to keep my tanks from rolling off the bench. They are adjustable and pretty strong. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B007HOG4DE/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

What is the best one piece mount for a MAGNUM springer

Third vote for Sportsmatch. Don't know if they are still available but I use an AOP55 with an RWS 350 .22 Magnum and have never had movement. More info and some pics for that mount in the thread link below: https://www.airgunnation.com/topic/sportsmatch-aop55/

    30mm One Piece Mount Suggestion

Also have a look at the Beeman 5039 mount or Sportsmatch AOP55 (same). I use this mount on several high power springers and none have ever moved. Also allows for elevation and windage adjustment.

    Sportsmatch AOP55

I use a Beeman 5039 mount (rebranded Sportsmatch AOP55) on my RWS 350 .22 Magnum. Setup is super easy and the mount easily compensated for the 350's barrel droop. Because it allows for both windage and elevation adjustment, you may be able to zero your scope with just the mount leaving the full...

    Diana 350 powerhouse

I have owned my 350 for many years now and still enjoy shooting it. I have always been impressed by the accuracy. On mine, I removed the sights and added a Beeman Universal Muzzle Brake. Cocking it is more comfortable now. Never heard of the tune-in-a-tube. I will pick some up next order.

what do I need to keep this scope locked down

Any good one-piece mount will work. I use a Beeman 5039 mount (same as Sportsmatch AOP55) on my RWS 350 .22 Magnum and the scope has not budged in years.

    SPRINGER RATED SCOPES

My understanding is that for a scope to be "rated" for use with a spring piston rifle, the scope lenses should be equally braced from both sides to handle forward as well as backward recoil. That is why some scopes that work well on high powered PB's, fail when used on a far less powerful...

Which scope stop do you use?

Years ago, I used one made by BSA that worked flawlessly on an original Webley & Scott .177 Stingray. When I moved up to a magnum springer in .22, there were some additional requirements, one of those being droop compensation. I moved to a Beeman single piece mount model 5039 (same as...

    "Best Fittings" issue

Wow, that is not good. Very lucky you were not injured. What did Best Fittings have to say about it? I have been using their QC02 quick disconnects and hoses for the last 2 years and have not had any problems with them so far. The fitting should have come with a small card stapled to the bag...

Scoping a Diana 470th-Which Drooper Base, Rings, & Scope?

I have a Diana 350 Magnum, which is known to be tough on mounts and scopes. I use a Beeman single piece 5039 mount (same as Sportsmatch AOP55). It has never moved or lost zero and has more than enough elevation adjustment to handle my 350's droop. It is also adjustable for windage. I don't have...

AlumiRod - more shots and a HUGE weight savings!

First, as a fellow modder and tweaker, let me say that air tube looks very nice! Congrats on the design and machining. Having said that, it is important to know whether the 2024 aluminum you are using is tempered or un-tempered and which temper was used. Tempered 2024 aluminum has a...

Anyone know of a hardcase for 2 rifles?

This is what I use. It easily fits 2 of my largest scoped rifles (~44 inch length). It is much faster to load and unload then traditional flat cases - no worries about positioning, etc. You would have to get creative with how to make room for your accessories, but it can be done. It is built...

    sealing 1/4 npt threads

Dowty seals are for Parallel threads such as BSPP or Metric (e.g., M10x1). Delrin seals can also be used inside some parallel threads, but these are prone to splitting and distorting. Also, if you overcompress a delrin donut too much you can restrict or block airflow in the fitting. Tape works...

When do I need to use a tank flow restrictor?

Is the restrictor in the valve itself or is it in the male DIN fitting attached to the fill hose? If it is in the valve, you should not need to remove the tank valve restrictor each time you fill. I assume that in order to remove the valve restrictor, you would also need to remove the valve from...
