Thank you Sir!!!!!! Burst discs are on order. :) What is the installation order of these discs?

The leak is coming from the burst disc fitting and its a psssssssssh. While at the dive shop, i put on some teflon tape, tightened it back up and filled it with the same results. That is the only location on the valve that is losing air. Is there an oring that is supposed to be in there?

I'm not sure what valve it is, its an Ace Care tank, HPA? Thank you for that clarification, I didnt know there was a differece in MPa and mpa. The tank is "new" to me, it was advertised as "new" but I purchased it second hand so I'd consider it used. I guess if it was new I wouldn't have...

That was my understanding of what 30mpa meant also, but I figure the "shop manager" was the professional here. Why would the valve be leaking at the burst disc once its filled? Is there something that needs to be replaced??

Long time lurker here, finally mustered up the courage to get an air source for the Wildcat. I purchased a "new" to me Ace Care tank with this valve. I brought it in to my local dive shop, they said they could fill to 4500, after the fill there is a leak coming from the burst disc. Shop...

No they do not.

Funny story, as I was in walking around HomeDepot lastnight that was the idea I came up with too! ha.

Any idea where I can get one? I went to O'rielly and they didn't have much of a selection........ What do you suggest for the 4mm dowel pin that's used to remove the end cap on the side of the regulator?
