Where can i get a Kral Arms Puncher Big Max fill probe other fill probes from my other pcp s will not fit they to small to fit on the fill nipple

I just got the Factor rc in and i wanted to screw on my Donny FL on ,but the cap is on so tight and its plastic that im afraid to use pliers or bycgrips on it to loosen it any idea s my friends ,i sure could use any help i can get.

My Kral Big Max is leaking air over night but really first night after filled it leaks down half the air and then on the 2cnd night its empty any ideas where it might be leaking or where i can start to look ?? im open for any help thanks im not a pro just a begainner. lol

On a CO2 rifle the Umarex Fusion 2 it takes 2 12gram cartridges one down and the last one up well the first carrtridge is not getting punchered does anyone have ever had problems with one of the 12 gram co2 cartridges not getting punchered??? Im using the 12gram crosmans.
