Looking for larger OD kill flash or honeycomb?

Take a look for Tenebraex KillFlash. Didn't want to spook the critters with glass flash. I got mine a couple of years ago and it still works fine. It was a bit pricey at the following link. https://armament.com/shop/tenebraex-riflescope-accessories/

    Midas Tac 6-24 Owners Question

I agree with "madeintheuk". I normally shoot with mine set at 16x but have also used it at 8-10x. Just have to look out for the low light level.

[WTS] Brocock Bantam Sniper HR for sale

I have an excellent 0.22 caliber Bantam I am putting up for sale. Shoots JSB 18's at 877 fps on level 1 (highest on power adjuster) (extreme spread 7ft/s, std. dev. 2ft/s). Comes with 2 magazines, single shot tray and original documentation/box. This gun is very quiet. I use a HAWKE Sidewinder...

    Athlon Optics

I have the older versions of Argos, Helos, and Midas (plus another brand in the Helos price range which I won't name or suggest). The Argos is very good scope for that price range. I do notice a difference in clarity/sharpness when comparing it to the Helos or Midas. Since is sounds like you...

    T-Shirts ABCD or E?! - Utah Airguns

I agree. It reminds me of the "old" surfer movie 'Endless Summer''

    Chrony

I also have been happy with my ProChrono. The spare battery stored with it came in handy when I accidently left it on when I put it away. (It doesn't have an auto timeout unfortunately.) Late afternoon or early morning sun angle sometimes plays hob with it functioning. I have on occasion...

Last night's Rat/ Jumping Jack Flash

I have lived in 3 different large metropolitan cities in the USA and have seen rats in the backyards of all of them. My cats bring me presents of young dead rats regularly and I see them (rats) running on the phone lines at dusk. The rats and squirrels love a neighbors avocado tree. ...

    inline filtering

Inline filters reduce moisture in your high pressure tank which reduces corrosion in your guns air system. Necessary? Depends on your priorities of longevity of life for your airgun parts. We even used air particle filters and moisture filter on the compressed air systems in the commercial...

Easy way to reduce photo size before posting?

+1 to IrfanView. Been using it for years to resize photos before e-mailing or posting. Works very fast.

    Tuning Cricket Hammer Spring Adjustment

After trying several things including putting back the original hammer spring and adjuster (thanks Odoyle) I took apart the regulator. That is where the trouble lay. There were spots of dried oil film on the regulator piston shaft and on the spring washers. I got out the trusty Dremel and...

    Chronograph for airguns

I have been satisfied with my ProChrono DLX by Competition Electronics. It runs about $120. Only time I have problems with it is when the sun is at a lower angle and then it doesn't read the pellet or bullet shadows across the sensors correctly. If you need it only for airguns then the FX...

If you're a target shooter, is there an advantage to having a regulator added?

I have an older .177 M-rod that Motorhead installed a regulator on and it is GREAT as Tony the Tiger would say. Currently my extreme spread is 10 with a standard deviant of 3. It has a consistent shot count of about 40 before I air it up again (I can go 50) which is nice because of the 10 shot...

    CARM spare magazines

I got 3 CARM magazines. One for the Brocock and 2 for the Impact. Customer service and product quality summed up in one word - "sweet". Couldn't be nicer to deal with.

    Cleaning pcp's

I use the PatchWorm kit and Ballistol. Do not over saturate your patch as Torqrench mentioned above. Clean the barrel when the accuracy falls off, which in my case is usually the first shot (LOL).

    Benjamin Marauder bolt lubrication?

That should work BUT use VERY little. By little I mean smear a small dab on your finger and rub a thin coat on the bolt. This is what I did on mine and I still had to much so I had to use a tissue to wipe some of it off. Don't get any on the probe.

How do you carry your pellets to the range?

Found this pellet carrier at a place that "harbored" many inexpensive tools. They call it a "tactical ammo box" for some reason. The packaging separating the pellet tins is courtesy of the company that ships the pellets. It works for me. I also like the Plano Line Spool Box shown by...

    Tuning Cricket Hammer Spring Adjustment

This is 3 shot strings with the same Hammer Spring setting. (2 - 14 shot and 1 - 10 shot string) As you can see there is very little consistency between them. It may be as suggested the regulator acting up.
