1 more thing to check that you haven’t mentioned is the transfer port on the barrel. Is he set on pellet or slug and what is yours set on

Have you tried cleaning the barrel? Sometimes when they are new you need to clean it first then it will start shooting good. Personally on one of my crowns when it starts not being consistent any more I clean the barrel and it goes back to being a laser

if its the old original smooth twist and not a smooth twist x then u cant change the liner. it is 1 piece. u can upgrade to an stx where you can change the liners but you have to get the kit. its about $300. but u can get a different caliber if you want. you basically have to pull that barrel...
