I don't know if you call this hunting

Wouldn't want to be the dentist. Wouldn't want to be the lion either.

I don't know if you call this hunting

In my opinion this is hunting and takes a level of skill. I do the same kind of hunting to kill pests and have no plans to eat them. I'm attempting to grow fruit, nuts and veggies... and rodents, including tree rats are not welcome here. A neighbor had racoon problem and trapped one in a live...

    .25 Vulcan impressions with pictures

Thanks for the review and pictures. The pictures of the de-cocked and cocked positions were of help to me... I've only noticed mine in the cocked position before now and was concerned how it looked. Now I know mine's OK. So far the accuracy of mine is not good at all beyond 30 yards (I'm using...

Review of the AmericanAirArms .357 Slayer BullPup

100 pumps ain't bad at all. Effort-wise, how does the pump compare to your other pumps? I'm using the pump from Flying Dragons that looks like the Air Venturi G6, and have used the Hill MK2 or Mk3 before it died. My biggest problem is not the pumping, it's the waiting until the thing cools...

Review of the AmericanAirArms .357 Slayer BullPup

Wow is right! The Slayer would have been my top pick for a bullpup, but I'm a hand pumper and 66 years old. It would take me a month to sight a .357 in, in the shape I'm in. :-) I can't imagine how you can continually pump to 300 bar with your body type. My belly helps me pump. :-) Looking...

    Vulcan .25 Makeover.

Put me in the "I don't get it" category. My Vulcan stock is not nearly as nice as Airkrazy's was, but I wouldn't paint over it. Maybe camo :-) ...someday far in the future...

    Vulcan .25 has landed!!!!!

That's a little harsh :-) As is I think the stock still looks better then black plastic and lots of people here don't seem to mind paying big bucks for black plastic. My low end Mossberg shotgun is a fine tool... but... well, it's plastic. In my opinion the worst wood is better then the best...

    Vulcan .25 has landed!!!!!

My eye is untrained, so I'm just guessing... I'm afraid to sand it until I get permission and the proper method to use. I got it from Peter at TAG. I sent an e-mail to him a few days ago, but haven't heard back yet. Thanks for the feedback/support.

    Vulcan .25 has landed!!!!!

Vulcan .25 Fist Impressions This is my first expensive airgun and I expected better. The wood stock looks and feels like plastic, and sounds like hollow plastic when I tap back by the butt end. There are flaws which I first thought were pin holes in a couple of areas. But when seen close up...

    Vulcan .25 has landed!!!!!

Congratulations! I will be receiving mine soon too. This will be my first and only high-end airgun, so I hope it is everything you all say it is. When paying this much for an airgun I had to be in love. So looks to me are as important as being short, light weight and functional. In my opinion...
