It was what you said. The barrel had been rotated so the transfer port didn't line up with the hole in it. Carefully rotating the barrel until they were perfectly aligned fixed the issue!

Indeed I have tried adjusting tension on the hammer spring and it has no appreciable effect on power. A weaker spring is a possibility, is anyone willing to measure the wire diameter of their spring? From googling I am fairly sure mine is at least the same length as a stock one!

I first filled it to 200bar, and have shot it to about 130-140 at this point. Roughly the same power throughout.

Thanks for the insight! They most likely went for whatever option is cheaper to do on a small scale. Seems a bit inefficient to use a completely different spring for such a small market as Sweden (and a small number of other countries). I'll pick it apart as soon as I have the time!

Really? PyramidAir's website says it has a Spring-Piston powerplant. Perhaps there is something I am not understanding? Of course I will take it apart and check everything before I do anything :)
