    FX Boss will not shoot

rofl dude with all due respect but try opening your eyes :D Something broke off :D That long tube screw @ the end, it's supposed to be screwed in the piece that broke off. It should be seperated from the trigger mechanism, not jammed in it. It's for setting your safety guard if i remember...

A "competitor" ? In the flashy world of air gunning ? Main prize money, 5000 dollar. Once a year. This isn't formula 1 mr Roberts :D:D And isn't that what his youtube channel is for ? Giving tips ? Are you saying he's not going to anymore, because now he's a "competitor" ?

What keeps a fill probe from bursting out of fill hole?

If you ask me, a fill probe is 100x SAFER . There is simply no way in hell that a fill probe could ever fail . The foster fittings however ... I find them way more dangerous and prone to mechanical failure.

    Pellet BC Improvements?

Because the skirt is a necessity with air rifles because of the low projectile speed. The skirt is almost kind of like a 'drag chute" :P , to keep the nose of the pellet pointing forward. However, there are some air rifles which are meant for shooting solids . But they are expensive, and...

    Advantages of Large Objective Scopes

The big lens is for light , the thicker tube is for more adjustment room. Light on eye = Front lens diameter divided by your zoom . So the stronger your magnification, the bigger front lens you need. Tube thickness does not increase light on eye, from what i've read. .

    Exploring Air Gun Benchrest

I think most PCP's are perfectly capable of a 0.5 inch group at 50 yards. So, it may be wiser to look at which rifles are capable of doing that @ 100 yards if you are looking for good accuracy. If you are only looking for 50 yards, then there's much cheaper alternatives. (BSA, Air Arms) ...

    one or two eyes??

"best" for target shooting would be: both open, but one eye shielded . It's best of both worlds. But you're going to have to wear one of those thingies , which makes you look like a try-hard . So , one eyed closed : I'd say it's pretty bad. It makes your open eye start to twitch, and it...
