    Tuning HM 1000 Leak

The regulator fits fine. The only problem I have now is I have to assemble the rifle to fill the bottle. I'm sure someone makes an adapter.

    Tuning HM 1000 Leak

Update: I ordered a repair kit and replaced all the O rings in the V block, and the air was still leaking. I isolated it to the hole shown by the red arrow. I next removed the part indicated by the orange arrow. It houses the regulator, and I replaced all those O rings as well. Now I am...

    Tuning HM 1000 Leak

Long time no posting. My HM 1000 is leaking. After I fill it up, I still hear hissing. If I remove the bottle, I hear hissing until it empties. Any help in pointing me out what to check first would be appreciated.

LabRadar - About to call it Quits

The only problem I had with the LabRadar was getting the moderator too close to the Mic. After I figured that out, the unit has been great to use but as stated above, the phone app is rudimentary, much room for improvement.

Initial observations using FX Radar Chrono at outdoor shooting range today

I got tired of the inconsistent FPS based on placement and sent mine back. I'll stick with the LabRadar.

    [WTS] Combro CB-625 MK-4 Chronograph

Up for sale is my Combro Chronograph with the serial interface to connect to a computer. This unit is great for getting quick confirmation of gun adjustments without having to set up a big Chrono or one you have to shoot through. Just strap it on your barrel and line up with a drinking straw or...

[SOLD] 2 - Chinese Gold Air Filters

I would like to sell two of the high-pressure Chinese filters. One has the unused original filter material, the other is empty. I used this with my Air Venturi Compressor for over a year. Also included is the remaining Zeolite molecular seive from my original purchase. $50 PayPal F&F plus...

Air Venturi 4500 psi!! Filter questions

The manual for the A/V manual specifies changing the output air filter every 50 hours. It comes with an extra replacement. According to everything I have read, the molecular seive is not effective unless you have a back pressure regulator on the seive to increase the dwell time of the air as it...

    Hour/Use Meter Recommendations

I changed the vibration meter to high sensitivity and found it to be unreliable. I wanted it installed on top of my compressor where I could read it. I left it installed and now have about a four-hour difference between meters.

Air Venturi 4500 psi!! Filter questions

Here is what I did. There are several threads on this on one of the other sites. The only thing in my filter is about an inch of cotton on each end with molecular seive in between. Here is the final configuration where I added the moisture indicator:

LabRadar - About to call it Quits

I just realized I have not updated this. Believe it or not, I was getting the muzzle too close to the microphone. No issues since I moved it a couple of inches away.

    Hour/Use Meter Recommendations

I tried the same one on my Air Venturi compressor and found it unreliable. This is the one I ended up purchasing, but it was not cheap $80 http://catalog.enmco.com/item/enm-counting-instruments-lcd-hour-meter/mt10-self-powered-ac-dc-electric-motor-hour-meter/mt101r I put it on the compressor...

    Huma external regulator

I ordered mine on 6-17 and received it on the 6-26, I think. Relatively fast considering it comes from the Netherlands.

    Huma external regulator

I wouldn't say it was necessary, but definitely convenient when you want to adjust it. Technically they are both adjustable, but you can adjust the more expensive one in real time. I like it and I would say it is worth the extra money in my opinion.

    Huma external regulator

I just received my regulator so I can shoot tethered. Does anyone know if you can fill the air tank without removing the regulator? Probably a stupid question.
