Inside the brass adjuster on the regulator, there is a tiny screw which looks like a set screw. A 1.5mm hex key fits it. There are no instructions for its use. Does anyone know if there is a torque setting for this screw? Is it supposed to be really tight? Or just run down through the brass...

For me, the gun and its accuracy are more important than the caliber. I liked my RWS 54 a lot (22). I had a gamo in 177 that was acceptable. I had a nitrogen piston 22 that i gave away under the condition I never see it again, it just jumped too much.
