Still need help. Have the two setscrews on the bottom of the frame removed but tank will not come out. Is it threaded into frame or does it just pull out. Is there something other than the two set screws holding it in? Thanks
Thanks for your reply. Took setsecrews out and looked into holes. Hole nearest trigger showed groove but back hole showed some brass object. Do you have to remove set screws or just loosen? Any hints on how you get the tank out of the frame? Thanks
Just wanted to see if anyone else has developed shipping problems. I used to have no problems shipping but now UPS says they will open and inspect the package at their hub if I tell them it is an airgun. The local UPS store says the rules have changed and now you have to tell them what is in...
I am looking for some suggestions on the best way to sell off my airgun collection. I have 32 air rifles and pistols. Some are NIB and all have been shot very little. Almost all of the airguns have a full automatic feature. I am 89 years old now and will be downsizing soon. Any comments...
Hi, I can not give any advice on returning but I do have some experience on getting them working. I bought both a 0.22 and 0.25 Sortie and had to do a lot of adjustments to get them to work properly. But once I found the proper air pressure, hammer setting and reloading muzzle cap position...
If I use the correct settings and pellets I have no problem with the magazine jamming or the gun firing in semiauto mode.. If the bolt does not retract completely it will not allow the magazine to rotate but this is not jamming. If I want to test a magazine I load it with pellets and then...
Saw your collection of full auto airguns and am glad to see I am not the only crazy collector. A couple of years ago I decided I would collect only semi and full auto BB and pellet guns. Now I have 7 pistols and 16 rifles in my collection. I keep telling myself no more guns and then run across...
I still print the repair manual but no longer sell seal kits. I suggest you contact Dave Schimel at [email protected]. If you cannot get the seals from him please contact me again.
There was a post on AN where someone installed a supressor but if I remember he did a lot of modifications. Have you run a search on AN about the Sortie?
I have both a 0.22 and a 0.25 Sortie. When I first purchased them they would fire but the bolt did not retract completely so the magazine could not turn for the next pellet.. Since they operate only by blowback I made adjustments to reduce the force required to cock and reload the gun. Now...
Does anyone know who still works on the old Evanix Select Fire guns like the Conquest or Max? Will Piatt and Air Venturi (Pyramydair) used to work on them but they have stopped doing any repair work now.
