I got both regulators from Bagnall & Kirkwood $$. Arrived in nine day :-) Second regulator came in at 90 Bar...perfect. First regulator started at 200 bar. Had to degas and reset several times to get it reduced to 150 Bar. All good here and GREAT again :-)

Well the plastic seal didn't work......at all. Apparently too hard to make the seal. Fire a shot and it bleeds the air out the barrel like it does when you hit the low reg pressure limit. Possibly may be too short, but I never measured the OAL of the original one before I dressed it flat...

All the chemical I used came packaged in a steel tin can, so they are NOT reacting to the steel barrel or the stainless steel cleaning rod. It is lead residue. My Hammer had a bad case of leading the bore and it did not take that long in cleaning before the Lead Wipe patches came out slightly...

It IS lead residue. Picture is the Lead Wipe cloth patch rubbed across a soft lead ingot for 6 passes with a light finger pressure..

It's a stainless rod and never touches the barrel. using a guide. :-)

Gauges and regulator were running spot on. O-ring also looked fine. Have not put it on target yet. All my PCP's cleaning patches come out with the black color on the lead wipes.
