Replace the valve seat with a new one. It comes with the o ring. I would replace the valve as well. There is a slight deformation somewhere that you can't see and you have the leak. The seal is not steel on steel. It's steel on Delrin.

I have a cz barrel fitted to my FX ELITE. It shoots HN 217 / 25 gr and Knock Outs .216 great at about 34 foot-pounds. It also shoots the .217 / 23 gr. This group is at 118m with the 23 gr. The coin is about an inch.

My .25 carbine likes Knock Outs at 850 fps. Try them and you will be amazed! A close second are the HN .249/34 grains The HN .249/32 grain also shoot really well along with the grizzlies if you have a good batch of them. The only NSA's I have tried are the 33.5 with relatively acceptable...

No Teflon tape, just the o-ring. I gained about 30 fps on max power in my .25 cricket carbine with the 34s. You also have to raise the regulator to 130-135 bar to close the valve quickly. It just did't seem to work for me on low regulator pressures. Air consumption was sky high.
