I like what you did with the protective foam. I use the Case Logic, like PWD. But for field carry have one of those O2 backpacks. The guppy tank is a little longer and has a little more capacity that the 90ci Benji tank. it wouldn't make a differnence with most backpacks.

Push down on the O-ring as you push the valve or gauge block past the gauge hole. A wooden dowl rod works well. Use liberal silicone grease on the tube threads for the fill. If they are real sharp, dull with a little emery.

Yes, just louder. A double feed or low power shot might have caused it. Keep an eye on it, and check endcap for pellet strikes, before you add the baffles.

The Gen 2 schematics has an error for the barrel part number. The part number is still 2263-001 for the 22 Mrod barrel. Same as Gen 1. Around $40. Might want to splurge for the crosman LW barrel, MR-022, which is around $100.

You will probably want to raise the reg pressure some for 22 cal, and re-adjust hammer to the higher pressure. 

Yes. You need barrel, bolt, barrel O-ring, and mag to convert calibers. You would want a Gen 1 bolt, but a Gen 2 might work OK. You could just sleave the 177 bolt to 22 with brass tubing.

MR-022 For the crosman Mrod LW barrel. Around $100. The 2264-001 is a misprint in the schematics. It never changed from Gen 1. It is 2263-001. That is the standard crosman barrel and around $40.

Given the year of your Prod, it is a 1" gauge with a 1/8" NPT fitting. I haven't found one in that price range that is always accurate. It is hit and miss. Just adjust based on your fill device gauge, which is probably more accurate. Gauges are good for leak detection. ;)

Crosman does not have an online parts store. Keep trying to reach customer service and have the part numbers ready for what you want. I've ordered Akela and Kratos parts from them.
