I like the shrouds on the MK3's. A MK1 or MK2 with a heavy cocking aid helps with muzzle steadiness. Mine has an AA OEM cocking aid which I really like. Cheers!

It's glued so you'll need to break the bond with heat. A small propane torch will do but don't apply the heat directly to preserve the bluing/finish. Mark location where rear of brake meets barrel once you've nailed the lock-up, then use LocTite 683 or similar and reaffix brake on barrel.

Breakbarrel (R9), .20 caliber, Hunter Class (off sticks and maximum of 16X scope mag), at around 16fpe of pure spring piston recoiling goodness. Very impressive DMM that was one hell of a performance!! Congrats!!

Thanks guys! SteveV, glad to enhance the morning coffee experience! Green_Yamo, as I described above, it's blued steel, extremely well made and fitted, and is baffled. A custom made "bonus" that came on the rifle.

It's got to be pretty close, comparing this Walnut stock to a factory Walnut stock. The rifle came to me in a CS800 thumbhole walnut target stock with an adj pad.
