    Anyone ever shoot Cicadas?

Cicadas hasn't shown up yet in North Alabama but "green cow turd fly" season just opened due to the nice weather. Paper plate with honey or jelly (or in my case, fresh cow dung) smeared on it. Hang on barbed wire fence at 20 yards and let the fun begin. A direct hit makes a nice little faint...

Bow Seasons over - Bumble Bee season has started

Redbud trees are actually a problem on my farm. And as far as saving the bee's, I've got 60 hives scattered all over the farm. No matter how much distance I give them, they seek me out and sting me. So, nothing you can say will make me feel too bad about a little payback!!

Bow Seasons over - Bumble Bee season has started

Tis' the season to play "shoot the bumble bee's outta my Redbud blossoms". This is payback for all the little bastards that stung me as a kid! It is fun to hear them "pop" when that 0.25 caliber pellet hits them! This afternoon has been a target rich environment. You know, you gotta be...

    Different Pellets - Newbie question!

I'm new to the AG world. So I purchased the FX Crown .25, air compressor, SCBA tank, quality optics, rings, etc. I've only shot the JSB King Diabolo since that's what the Crown was set for. Once I got the gun, I performed the harmonic tuning to get the best accuracy out of the JSB's. Now, to...

    Pellet Cost better then PA?

I'm a newbie and my last order was the 4 for 3 JSB's from Airgun Depot. But yesterday I found the JSB's for my .25 at Sportsmansguide.com for $15 for 350 ct. Even with shipping it was better than AG Depot.

    New to Airgunning

I've got a bumper crop of Walnuts, acorns, pecans and Bradford Pears this year. There's not enough critters in the entire state to come eat all of what I got!!!

    New to Airgunning

I did something similar. I smeared cow manure on the end of a metal 55-gallon drum to draw in the flies. It wasn't very challenging because whether you make a direct hit or just off a little, the shrapnel made for 100% kill ratio.

It's kinda hard to post trophy pics unless you're ok with lots of tiny pieces. Although, the green walnuts sure do smell good when you vaporize them.

    New to Airgunning

I'm new to the airgun world. I've been a long distance shooter most of my adult life but got out of it after moving and not having adequate places to shoot. I've been intrigued about the PCP's for about 3-years and finally jumped off into deep water with the FX Crown in .25. Bought a SCBA...
