PCP Rifle Various Rifles to Part With…

So I’ve figured out I like springers more than PCP (I’m weird I guess), so thinning out the PCP herd. These are the ones I’m letting go, all near new with very little use (less than 5 shooting sessions each). They are all .22: - Benjamin Bulldog M357 w/lots of add-ons: $400 shipped. - BSA R10...

    Pellet sizing with a T.R. Robb sizer…

This might be a thread showing off my n00bness, but so be it. Ordered these from Mr. Robb in jolly ol’ England and finally got around to using it since I had time today. I noticed that my Diana 54 liked pellets at 5.48mm head size because bigger than that made for difficult seating in the...

    PCP then springer?

When I discovered adult air guns over the last six months and how I could shoot in my backyard, I went all-in on PCPs for target and varmint hunting (all .22s). Once my PCP collection grew I got curious about springers. I didn’t consider them before because I thought they would be underpowered...

    Tank enclosure…

Found a piece of 9” diameter ductile iron scrap about 2’ tall @ 40 lbs, so decided to make an enclosure I can place my HPA bottles in while filling. The tank shown is a 9L, 7.5” diameter. Good idea or supremely stupid due to bomb effect? If it’s the latter I’m out less than $10, so no big deal.

Omega 4500 Compressor or GX E5K2…

Hello airgun gurus, I have a CX4-I which runs great, but want something to fill my 6.8L Acecare bottle that doesn’t work so hard. I considered a Carette II, but decided against it after reading other’s folks experiences trying to get support/parts for it after the sale. Then I looked at the...

    Acecare valve issue…

Recently bought an Acecare 6.8L tank and valve, and filled tank to about 4300psi using a GX4i. When seating the valve on the tank the first time, I filled the tank up to 1500psi and it held just fine overnight. But about 10 minutes after filling to 4300psi today, I heard a pop and then the...

PCP Rifle Air Venturi Avenge-X Tactical in .22 and .25

Thinning the herd some since my GAS (Gear Acquisition Syndrome) has been off the charts lately. Selling this very lightly used Avenge-X with 22 and 25 bbls. Will come with 2 mags for each caliber, and single shot trays for slugs. I think I shot less than 20 pellets through the 22 bbl, and the...

    For those needing .355 sizing…

Titan Reloading has some special order overruns of .355 sizing dies available and on sale. My .357 Bulldog is slugged .3555, so the .355 works great for sizing down the .356 Lee 124s Alox lubed boolits I use. Shot with those and accuracy was better than the Benjamin 147s. Linky. Enjoy!

    Zbroia Zeroing Sapsan S today…

Hey gang, After fiddling with things and otherwise setting up my processes and procedures for PCP, I finally started shooting today. Took out my Sapsan S to zero and plink. Fit and finish was good with uniform blueing. Magazines were easy to load and the anti-double loading feature is...

    Centerfire v. Air…

My second string as a n00b and wanted to air something out to make sure I’m not crazy. I got into air rifles on a whim after realizing my daughter liked shooting and is a good shot. I only have one NFA can in 22LR because it took 354 days to receive it, and that turned me off from getting more...

    Small compressors poo-pooed?

Hello all, New guy/first post. Was perusing the videos posted under how to fill tanks and in one of them the guy is basically saying don’t buy a smaller compressor unless you also get a “proper” water filter that costs around $400. I am familiar with moisture in compressors, but I figured...
