I have probably a dozen pumper vintage air guns that just go and go. Always throwing shade on the PCPs. An almost 70 year old wall-hanger can be used as a daily driver & there are vast aftermsrket options for modding if you really want to go there. It'd be nice to have that kind of reliability...

The one that I have on the gun is broken & kind of cheap looking so I'd like to replce it w something better. I'll probably seek a replacement part from Crosman, but like the gun enough to put a nicer meter on it. I had a spare but the thread size isn't correct. Any advice is appreciated.

Recently ponied up for a couple GX bent-neck whips because they annoy me the least out of the vast hoard that comes w buying the stuff you need for the obsession. It does not take long. I've also received a few whips from Alteros that work very well too. Not sure if they're anything special...

when the FX product is several dollars less per tin? From everything I've read the only difference between the two is that the FX product uses dedicated dies. So how and why does JSB justify charging more for basically the same product when FX may potentially even be superior?

I'm considering QD Fox as a source of after market magazines for my AGT U2 How do these stack up against the factory product? The price diffence isn't significant enough that it would trump buying them over the AGT mags (which are very solid and reliable) ....unless they are awesome.

Just for my own knowledge I'm curious as to what people are scoping their ELR rigs with. In particular how you pair your gun & scope and what power(s) do you utilize for shooting beyond 'normal' distances?

It's not a question of it really needs to shoot slugs but if it can achieve acceptable results... strictly out of curiousity. Anyone doing this?
