Managed to lose my breech seal o ring. Got the little set screw out, but the brass o ring retainer won't budge. Ideas?? I can use an ez out, but then will have to replace that brass retainer, likely made of unobtanium! Help!

Question, I have early stage dry macular degeneration. Crosshairs seem wavy at their intersection, seems to vary with eye position in relation to eyepiece. Maybe goes away at a certain spot? Any thoughts or experience with this,?? Doug

This may have been discussed before? Gx2 unscrew the handle/ intake. Shove the filter to the bottom. Fill with color indicating silica gel beads. Seems to work, can't hurt!
