The new novel yet very expensive way to find air leaks.

Given the extremely high cost I think I'll stick to Bubbly Leak Solutions it only cost less than $10.

A coyote eating the food I left for raccoons.

Leftovers from making chicken soup I left for the raccoons. But the rats were eating it the last few days and now a brazen coyote came by while they were still daylight.

I don't like these skunks either

The skunk comes by quite often and cleans out my coon feeder. So I made the spout 30 mm longer hopefully that stops it. However today the skunk came by and got some food out but I don't think he cleaned it out. Hard for it to reach that far down. I refrain from shooting it because I don't want...

I hate rats, but they are hard to shoot!

They just don't stay still for long. By the time I get an alert on my phone they are long gone. They only show up 1 or 2 times a week.

    Coyotes are smarter than coons!

This coyote was digging around where the coons dropped food. I opened a door 24 yards away on the 2nd floor very quietly and slowly, but it still spooked the coyote that promptly left the scene. A least this coyote will be much tougher to remove than coons.

    FYI for you coyote hunters

Shot placement not including any head shots. Since this guy is using a high power PB, I would guess with an air rifle use at least a .30 for these body shots.

    GX CS4 3d printed anti-vibration feet

The CS4 makes a lot of noise when I used it on the 2nd floor I could hear it on through the ceiling on the 1st floor. These 3d printed feet that slide over than standard hard plastic feet help quiet it down. I printed it with TPU and 20% concentric infill. Have to flip them right side up to print.

Bad shot placement on a rat using Zulus

Using a .177 Vixen with 10.8g pellets at 830 fps, rat at 33 yards. I wasn't holding steady and hit the rat's a$$ instead of the head. I don't really give a rat's a$$ that it was a bad shot, the only good rat is a dead rat! My video is only at 30 fps while the manual says it is 60 fps. Is...

Umarex Zelos Trigger improvements / mods?

Has anyone modified the trigger on a Zelos. I lighten the spring on the trigger rod and adjusted the screws for 1st length and pull weight. The trigger is now an acceptable 1.5 lbs, the 1st stage short, but 2 issues still exist. Overtravel, and a non-smooth somewhat gritty pull. All my other PCP...

Great deal in Eazy Fill clone, $27?

https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256807706629181.html I just bought one from aliexpress for twice the price. It works well so far except for for filling a Marauder. Releasing the lever opens the purge valve, but on the Marauder the flow must be too slow as the check valve on the fill port...

Reusing pellets from GK1 hitting steel plate!

I was testing a new 1/8" thick 6" steel plate target at 15 yards with a Huben GK1 using 10g .177 pellets at about 830 fps. More than 50% of them ricocheted back to me. Many times hitting my hands holding the gun. Very low impact like they were dropped on my hand from 2' away. Nevertheless I was...

Vintage late 1970s early 1980 Benjamin and Beeman 22 caliber pellets

These have been stored with closed lids but are severely oxidized. Are they still any good to shoot? Would they damage the barrel? Probably accuracy is crap. Look at the price on the middle Benjamin pellets.$1.19 for 250 pellets. No deals like that anymore. I used to shoot these out of a...

Why I don't recommend using dog proof or cuff traps for raccoons.

Unless you prefer new fragrances from natural colognes and perfumes. I did use the pole once it was over 12 ft long and was hidden behind a bank of dirt just in case I got blasted. Read the comments on this YouTube video.

Huben GK1 3D printed snap on bipod

If you want more stability when shooting your GK1 you can print this snap on bipod. Great for testing pellets, with my lack of skill shooting freehand I would never be able to tell the difference.

3D printed DIY handle and stand for Acecare 9L CF tank

This turned out well for the 1st try. If I had to do it again I would shorten the handle's height and build in a hose retainer. I used 8 soft rubbery pads insets into the clamps to grip the tank (since PETG is slippery), brass threaded inserts and rubber feet on the bottom. The thing is solid...

Huben Huben GK1 .177 most accurate pellets?

I'm wondering what the best pellets to try in this gun are for target accuracy at 30 yards or less, not terminal ballistics on critters? Highest velocity doesn't matter, but I would like it to be decent so that I have less problems with drop compensation. Best diameter, brand, weight? One type...

Huben Huben GK1 Arca plate mount

Here is a 3d print file to mount your GK1 to an ARCA compatible plate, typically used attachment to tripods. The clamp diameter is slightly oversized so that you can put one layer of blue masking tape over the tube so that it won't get marred up after repeated use.

Huben Huben GK1 V3 red dot mount

Has anyone used one of these red dot mounts from https://www.reddotmate.com/product/huben-gk1-rear-sight-mount/ ? Most other mounts are 3d printed plastic. These are aluminum, but you must remove you rear sight and repurpose the mounting screw and rollpin.

    Huben 1st 2 shots with new Huben .177 GK1 V3

Just got it today and tried only 2 shots. 10.65 H&N 795 fps 7.4 Crosman 896 fps Un-moderated the gun is way too loud to shoot too many times in my backyard. Anyone hearing it would think it was a real gunshot! If I shot a quick semi-auto string it surely would raise unwanted attention. Stock...

Amazing performance filling a 9L Acecare tank with a GX CS4!

Total time pumping to fill at 9L tanks was only 3 hours and 29 mins. This is 12.9L per minute when the specs on a CS4 is only 11L/min. A 17% better performance than expected. How can this be? I boosted the input pressure, starting at 10 PSI down to 2 PSI depending on the tanks pressure. I used a...
