Maybe not ground breaking but I was surprised the rifle did as well as it did. At 200 yards the drop was out of scope crosshair so I aimed at a dirt clod about 48" above the target frame to hit paper. The bullet is the MP 35g .218 "Huben Peanut " clone shot unlubed.

today less wind. I shot at a measured 50 yards from a bipod.I shot two mags on one fill and It looks promising .I did an overlay of all 28 shots based on the aiming point center and all but 5 were pretty well clustered. I'm getting somewhere (I think?)

did you throat the breech end of the barrel to help the larger bullet fit? I throat 30 caliber powder burners for cast bullets with 1.5 deg throating reamer and notice an improvement most often.
