I wouldn't get too discouraged with the current accuracy. I agree that the gun has to find it's happy tune where accuracy really comes together. Sounds like a fun little project.

It can be a deep rabbit hole lol. The marauder is very easy to work on, get yourself a gauge port tool to decrease nicks when removing the valve and gauge block and a wooden dowel. Also a good leak detector to confirm once it's back together. That p-rod is really nice.

I think the Benjamin M257 is a contender in this search.

Bin tac has the adapters on his site. They are decent. I've got three of them. I still have an aftermarket aluminum bottle on the m50 carbine but there's a nice 360 cc carbon fiber bottle I've been eyeing on Amazon.

I'm going to try to get some numbers from mine soon. I've gone nuts buying these. Max 457 500 cc cf bottle, m457 22 inch barrel 700 cc bottle, m457 regged factory model, m50 50 cal 10" barrel. I've got all sorts of different slugs to try which is good. If the max gets numbers like that then the...
