    Unreliable airguns

I am by no means an expert on the T9, but having had one for close to a year, I haven't had any issues. The T50 will not be released until next month, but I have talked with Bin about it. As I understand it, they went with the T9 set-up and supersized it. It is coming in at 4,500 psi on the...

AEA I can’t trust this gun. What now?

You showed 4 pictures of the broken plastic inserts. Was the gun damaged? Next week, I will be doing a video on why I believe the barrels need a small chamber area (The reason I believe the plastic inserts are shattering). If what I think works, it will be a simple fix (About 30 seconds on the...

AEA I can’t trust this gun. What now?

Yeah, I like the concept behind Glaser Safety slugs. I bullet until impact, and then all hell breaks loose.

AEA I can’t trust this gun. What now?

It's coming. I think I will add a cylinder to all future 50 caliber barrels that pass through my hands, and I'll see if I have the right hone for the 457.

    Krale And UPS Import charge??

I've got 7" 72 caliber magnum barrels on the way, a new type of barrel that I think people will love, and finally, I am beginning to work on stainless steel air cartridges to hold a bit more pressure.

    Unreliable airguns

That's weird, when we originally tested the 155gr 457" pellets (Sized .456"), I ran a test with AEA and we pumped close to 7,000 pellets through between us and had only a handful of jams. I am not a huge fan of the BW S45 and I think it is finicky as hell, plus you now have BW S45's out there...

AEA I can’t trust this gun. What now?

Sorry for a very slow reply. I think I have a handle on why some of the plastic inserts frag (Sometimes with the first use). It is kinda, sorta, a design flaw with the gun. The gun itself is great, and I have had flawless luck with it, but the culprit is an insanely simple fix. Take your barrel...

AEA 50 cal Harpoon Vs Harpoon Magnum Slug Holders

Sorry, I have not been on the forum in months. The answer is absolutely, there were no design changes for the inserts. Thanks, Jim

    Krale And UPS Import charge??

What's your name? I would love to check my email log. I fully admit to being slow on the email side, but usually it's no more than a few days if I am working through some big orders. I will say that the Harpoon currently has my undivided attention, and we are currently working on some pretty...

AEA I can’t trust this gun. What now?

Do you see the beauty in having a U.S. manufacturer, making design corrections and parts for these import guns (Plus it keeps me in business).

AEA I can’t trust this gun. What now?

When I was a newbie and had my first Zeus, I misread the 1,000psi as 100psi. I fired it into a couple of pillows to unload. Well, it went through the pillows, the headboard, the wall and the outer brick wall stopped it. Here is the funny part, it wasn't a pellet, it was one of my first jeweler's...

    Contact Texoma Precision Pellet

Weird??? I get 25 to 50 emails a day (Closer to 100 on a busy day). I answer them as quickly as possible, typically when I am out of the shop for the day (Evenings and weekends). [email protected]

Sorry, I guess that would help. Texoma Precision Pellet

Free cast bullets .217 30 gr. up to .510 580 gr.

Just let me know if you have a Umarex Hammer with the older style magazine (Without the rubber insert), and I will size them .511" so they don't fall out of the magazine.

What do you think of this new AEA M50 Pistol

Yeah, I do it by hand in seconds (With a little hobbyist drill bit holder).

What do you think of this new AEA M50 Pistol

Older mags can be upgraded with a tiny drill bit. The old springs (If I remember correctly) are 1.07mm with the new ones at 1.13mm, so the hole must be made a hair larger to accommodate the newer, heavier spring. Macabespeed has come up with a stick magazine for higher capacity, and I am looking...

What do you think of this new AEA M50 Pistol

That would be me and me. I've made around 100,000 of the 155gr hollow skirt pellets (60k or so for Bintac). Among my 30 aftermarket AEA parts are CNC mag covers for the BW S45 as well as 7-round and 8-round inserts. I also make the heavier 240gr pellets for the 20" and 24" barrel setup.

What do you think of this new AEA M50 Pistol

Well, the 45 cal (.456") at 240gr with the 20" barrel on the BW S45 is traveling at 900fps, I believe that is Colt 45 numbers. They fought me for a year on using a longer barrel, and the 20" worked great; so, now in about a month, they are releasing a BW S45 with a 24" barrel.

What do you think of this new AEA M50 Pistol

I am mostly doing behind-the-scenes stuff. I have repaired a few customer guns, but I mainly modify current and new releases. The attached picture shows the surface of a factory BW S45 bolt (In their 357 model). My prototype bolt for the BW S45 in 50cal is on the right. The upper portion of the...

What do you think of this new AEA M50 Pistol

I totally agree. I cannot go into detail on what is coming this year, but a couple of the products are just unbelievable. With over thirty custom parts and a lot of custom work, they also help keep me in business. Even their most problematic gun, the BW S45, works very well after a little...
