Benjamin Did i miss the bubble? Marauder bottle guns

I will chime in to also say that the JSAR aluminum air tube completely changes the feel of the gun. Especially when paired with the lighter synthetic stock. A superbly balanced off-hand hunting rifle.

    Having trouble seeing the reticle

Astigmatism. Your scope does nothing for your astigmatism, if you have it, and the best $8000 Hensoldt isn't going to help.

Macavity Arms Have A Macavity Arms MA2 PCP Air Rifle? You Must Read This!

This recall is only for production versions with a regulator gauge. If you have a pre-production Genesis model, without a regulator gauge, your gun is fine and you don't have to do anything. This is coming straight from Macavity. I emailed them today and asked because I have the Genesis model.

    Testing Expansion .177 slugs

I don't know, let us know when you try. I would think that it would come down to how tight of a choke your springer has.

    Testing Expansion .177 slugs

Yeah, I ordered the regular ones that you used by mistake because the tins looked so similar. You will be stunned by the difference, I was!

    Testing Expansion .177 slugs

Those Knock Outs that you are using are not the MK3's, which put those to shame! They totally blow up, even more, if you can believe it, and are super accurate. The best thing that I have ever shot at Starlings, period! My other favorite for accuracy was the NSA 12.5gr, but they were not...

    Underwater leak test, DON'T!

I won't even take my guns out in the rain! I've got other hobbies for when it's raining. Talk about giving yourself a lot of extra work. There is probably more to this story though. If he had dunked the gun and immediately got to work drying it out, just using compressed air, I don't think...

Macavity Arms bARRA 250Z OR MACAVITY ARMS LONG IN .22? OWNERS CHIME IN!!!

UPDATE: If you have a Genesis pre-production model, this folding stock adapter might not work for you. It definitely did not work for me. I sent Terminator a picture of my stock and they said the production models have much more threading than mine has. The gamble of being an early adopter.

    PCP truck gun?

They fixed that magazine problem almost immediately after release and because I bought a re-furb direct, they sent me two magazines in the mail, that I didn't even ask for. They worked great.

    Barra Nasty leade, .22 250Z

Mine was pretty bad too, but mostly because they had done nothing, and you had to push the projectiles right into the squared ends of the rifling. I made a reamer from a cratex bit and fixed mine. I'm putting a link with some pictures...

Macavity Arms bARRA 250Z OR MACAVITY ARMS LONG IN .22? OWNERS CHIME IN!!!

As a follow up to my post above, CTAirgunner had sent me a link to a company that sells folding adapters for the MA2. I have one coming, and will follow up later with how that goes. https://terminadorindustries.com/products/folding-shoulder-rest-adapter-for-macavity-ma2

Very impressive accuracy, buy a lot of those slugs! Good shooting too!

Should we write our own product reviews?

These forums are about people coming together and sharing information. What else would be writing or reading about at an airgun forum other than our airguns? Every comment, agreement, or opinion, is a review, of sorts. Write whatever you like, earnestly, and every individual here can dertermine...

Macavity Arms My new Macavity Arms MA2

They are supposed to be coming out with an MA3 that you are going to love. They showed it at SHOT but everyone only cared about the MA8, it stole the show.

Macavity Arms My new Macavity Arms MA2

It can't hurt to try, you have to start somewhere. The factory interviews at gunshows said that they basically tune for the popular standard in each caliber, for pellets, for an optimal shot count. I didn't find their tune to be optimal for me, at all. Shooting slugs, from a choked barrel, for...

Macavity Arms My new Macavity Arms MA2

I just went back a year and read my MA2 post and on that gun, which is a .22, I ended up setting the reg at 2000psi and I can shoot from 3600psi (920fps) down to 1500psi ( 875fps). I had found where the speed jumped up 20fps coming off the reg, just enough to extend the accuracy out. I usually...

Macavity Arms My new Macavity Arms MA2

In my Vectis, unregulated, I am shooting from 2600psi to 1900psi. I would recommend you set your regulator to 130bar or 1900psi, you will still get a $h!tload of shots out of a 3600psi fill and your slugs will be sailing at optimal.

Macavity Arms My new Macavity Arms MA2

Definitely, get them up to 965 and pop a Starling, you will certainly hear that! Even at high speeds .177 are pretty quiet compared to everything else out there. I have actually missed and gotten a second shot a couple of times and I am only running a Tanto in .25 caliber size.

Those 10.03gr K.O.'s fly like lasers at 965fps. What do you think of the shot cycle? I love working the lever on this gun, so smooth. That's a really nice scope, shouldn't have any problems watching your shots!
