Hi Tom I wish it was that simple I really do, but it is in the locked position but let’s me relerelease a inch or so but has reverse suckshion like hydraulic lock or sucksion not allowing me to open the arm fully or at the moment even half way the sucksion is soooo strong ! atb daniel
