I think they were 15gr been a while since I shot it. Can't adjust the hammer once the rear bottle is attached. Tune it with a single bottle, lock the hammer adjuster then add the double front and rear.

Then that rules out the adjustable hammer as a source. Again, head scratcher. I'll keep thinking on it and will let you know if I come up with any ideas.

With the reg around 130 I’m at 900fps with the 44.75s I still have room to go on the hammer spring fine adjustment and valve adjustment so I’m sure I can get to 1000 with all things adjusted up. I was thinking of getting the huma transfer port and pin probe

Report Back: Started shooting 5 shots groups with 25.39 MRD's at 25m indoors yesterday. After 5 shots I adjusted the hammer spring a quarter turn at a time. Shot 5 more shots to settle the spring, and then shot groups. When I had them just about go through the same hole, I started fine tuning...

Yes, but can you externally adjust the regulator, hammer spring or the transfer port? All of which you describe is aftermarket and not stock. That sort of tuning. I doubt the OP wants to go from the level of adjustment an FX provided to the Flashpup level.

The color coded hammer springs in conjunction with the multi-step power adjuster seems intriguing to me. I like the adjustable stock on the tactical model. Overall this looks like a really cool new platform for Daystate customers. Kenny

Yes. The hammer spring drives the system. The “lawyer “ spring under the sear can be removed. The spring from the trigger to the piece above the trigger can be reduced and shortened to almost nothing once the sear adjustment screw is installed.

Sounds like a plan. Only adjust reg 5bar at a time and take 5ish shots after each adjustment of reg and/or hammer, needs a couple to settle. In particular when you get closer to target speeds.

As I’m also a greenhorn to pcp tuning and etc, can you elaborate on the hammer spring adjustment procedure on this as I’m also a raw owner in .25 cal. At 60 yards I’m doing great in the accuracy dept. So why would I really do this adjustment? Thanks!

Cranking it up was next on my todo list. Mine looks to be factory set as has been reported to 190bar. I'll probably go up to 220bar. Appears to have a hammer spring adjustment. Although given proximity to magazine I'm not 100% sure.

regulator well adjusted to 120 bars, hammer spring well adjusted, I shoot nsa 17.5 grn at 850 fps which gives me 35 shots from 230 to 120 bars. I think I am within the standards for a 200cc tank… What do you think ? Thanks

I would start with more reg 130-140 bar and max hammer wheel also has the allen adjustment on the older Impacts. We used to port the trasfer port on the barrel with a Dremel to get more air flow.

As some of you surely know, there is no external hammerspring adjustment on the Classic and its trial and error. I want to get mine to an intermediate setting and wondering if there is a fixed number of revolutions between all the way out and all the way in without over stressing the spring...

Had some time today to mess with ( up ) the zelos. Upped the regulator to 2000 psi. Got a meaty screwdriver, set up new $33 chronograph, shot as is for stock speed. went to adjust in 1/2 turn . Wouldn’t budge. Tried 1/2 out wouldn’t budge. Really put some torque into it, both ways. Nothing oh...
