What range of velocities should I expect from hammer spring adjustment on the R.A.W. HM1000X .25 caliber rifle? On mine, turning the hammer spring 2-3 full rotations in or out has almost no effect on velocity. I know it is supposed to be a fine adjustment, but I'm seeing only 1-2 fps difference.

As far as I know it locks the knob on the opposite side of gun. I thought it was the hammer adjustment but I think it’s a transfer port adjustment

I forgot one thing. For the classic, I have to take out the gun out of the chassis to adjust the hammer. Is there a way to access the hammer adjuster without taking out the chassis? Thanks

A new air gunner or new to FX should always start with pellets and a stock airgun! if you get lost because you were making to large of adjustment or going too quickly, it’s super easy to reset. Go back to 100 on reg, 8 on Macro, 3 on Micro and 4 on valve. Stick with stock hammers and springs...

My P15 does not have an air bleed screw. I bleed the air from the cylinder by inserting a little piece I made in place of the hammer spring. Then I just turn the hammer spring adjuster in until I crack the valve and the air drains.
