Was seriously effing them up tonight from 10 to 15 yards, off an old tripod sending CPHPs. Took at least twice the amount filmed and pictured. The Atomic XR and the Zulus were simply ruthless… Am still head over heels with my Atomic, it really is a wicked little gun…

Why not just let it sit and see what happens three months from now?

You were already in love with another PCP… The L2… 🙏 The Atomic wouldn’t have been a good choice for FT, its not what it was designed for. The Notos should serve you well, am looking forward to your impressions of it. You are wise to actually consider how you will “deploy” the PCPs you purchase...

Have to agree, I enjoy “handling and manipulating” all my BRKs as much as shooting them. They are super solid PCPs across the entire lineup…🙏

Let her settle in… shoot a few hundred pellets then retest. I would let accuracy be your final guide.

Ranger/Atomic… same platforms… proven, vetted, PCPs… Outsize arse kickers, both of mine have been stellar and are with me for the long haul… The kills on small pest birds from 15 to 40+ yards are simply irrefutable, but more importantly repeatable on demand. Light, agile and capable at...

There are less expensive alternatives for your described useage… That said, many of those “less expensive” PCPs may require work and tweaking to perform as advertised. My Atomics have simply been super solid, right out the box… I also own a Pathfinder and Ghost XR. If I had to choose only one...

You can buy the folding stock adapter from AOA, don’t know about the grip. I would suggest just shooting yours as it comes out the box for a while. Mine likes the JSB Exact Jumbo 18s and CPHPs which are 99% of its diet… If you purchased from AOA you’ll receive a test target and a chronographed...

The Bantam Sniper XR and Sahara XR are the “same” gun… Both sport the same 17” barrels, power plants, regs, etc… The shroud on the Sahara is 2.75” shorter is all, oh, and the color… The specs are easily comparable on the AOA website… 🙏
