Sounds like those pellets might be a little on the tight side in the bore! I would say to check your breach seals but if both are shooting that slow it's probably the ammo! My hunter carbine has a pretty tight bore too. Try some Crosman domes and see where your at with those.

Played around with the power adjustment yesterday at the farm! Ended up with a tune of 800fps with JSB heavies Mk11 pellets! One full mag of 17 shots with a 8fps spread from 320 bar to 200 bar. Just puts a smile on my face every time I squeeze the trigger 😁👍
