Here is a pic of my Crown mk2 reg bore, the o-ring location will be the same in your Impact. Take care to not scratch or mar the the o-ring groove when removing the old ring.
The YH definitely needs a 20 amp circuit to start and run correctly. Repeatedly tripping a 15 amp breaker on startup is hard on the already overtaxed motor and start windings. These things run at the very edge of their build design and quality.
Holy cow, talk about an upgrade! Reminds me of the FX facility built in NC, and then was quickly destroyed by a greedy jackass… All the best to the Justin and company, they put on a great event every year and do much to advance the sport.
I jumped from a YongHeng straight to an Alkin compressor. Had the GX line of pumps been available at the time, I would likely have tried one of those first. I’m kinda glad they were not available, as the Alkin is excellent and I don’t worry about anticipating my next repair.
Is there any reason you couldn’t replace those lines with flexible micro bore lines, and adapt to a more common series of connectors? I’m sure Airtanks Plus can make up custom lines.
I have a hard time believing that those are unique fittings. Perhaps they are from a pneumatic control circuit from the aircraft or aerospace industry, or industrial machinery.
I had five tins of pellets confiscated by TSA on the way home from RMAC a couple years ago, freebies from JTS when they were new to the market. I was told they were projectiles… wasn’t worth arguing about.
The 30 day warranty speaks volumes, doesn't inspire much confidence. How many cc’s of air could possibly be lost with a reasonable length micro-bore line? It can’t be a lot…
I believe the Prophet 1 hammer will work, but Rok will respond and have the answer. I had a Priest2 with the upgraded side lever block, but can’t recall which hammer profile it was. It may have been this one above, just to further muddy the water…
