So I suppose accuracy is “obsolete” and “irrelevant” now too? My mistake… sheesh!

^ Yep, you are absolutely correct. Hands down the P-rod trigger is much better.

By shooting them side by side, that’s how I know this. YMMV

I second this. Having owned both, the P-rod is more accurate, can be hand pumped, holds air forever, is made in America and is quieter with an additional moderator. Yes it’s a bit more expensive but it’s worth it IMO.

My Thomas HPX … it is what it is

It’s a wind rose that Mike made. I found it somewhere on the internet several years ago. It certainly is a helpful reminder and another tool in my box.

My Thomas HPX … it is what it is

It was mine too and it took me several years to work up to a Thomas. I could have saved a LOT of money by buying a Thomas to begin with but I took the long winding road to get here. Now I am just trying to improve my wind reading skills. The rifle is way more capable than I am and it’s 100%...

Selling my Target Shooting Model 9 Mini Rear Rest. It’s in great condition, easily 9.5/10 condition. I bought this new less than a year ago. It retails for $750 plus shipping but I am asking $625 shipped in lower 48. I’ve sold several guns and items here, all with positive feedback. I accept...

My Thomas HPX … it is what it is

Thanks Randal. Had some weird switching wind today. Mostly L to R but then it would switch 180* R to L and bite me without any warning. Not making excuses though, it is what it is..

My Thomas HPX … it is what it is

Went to the range today to get some practice in with my Thomas HPX, shooting FX MRD’s, outdoors @ 50 yards. There is another MOA Challenge thread in the general section that I posted this in too. Each group is 5 shots so these aren’t some cherry picked miracle group. The first shot was aimed at...

Other "Sub MOA all day" Challenge

OK, I’ll take your challenge. Went to the range today to get some practice in with my Thomas HPX, shooting FX MRD’s, outdoors @ 50 yards. Each group is 5 shots so these aren’t some cherry picked miracle groups. The first shot was aimed at the bull and if it blew off then I chased that hole...

N/A What's your favorite compact PCP?

My Compact RTI Prophet is my squirrel getter while my detuned Vixen is my favorite barn gun. Both are extremely accurate but tuned for two different hunting purposes.
