As far as I know that ram can be pressurized but not depressurized but there are a couple of verions so maybe not. If it is, I would start lower and work my way up as I see fit.

The Spark is a slow compressor but that seems extreme. It took 5 minutes to fill my Dreamlines 220cc cylinder to 230 bar. I ended up returning it and just going with a Yong Heng.
