In these types of “discussions” I simply view it as a contrasting of platforms. Not a “knock” on anyone’s choice of platform… Just clocked a huge chuck at 44 yards with my Ghost. Could the Evol do the same? Of course it can… it so good to have quality variety…

The only thing I did was “send”. If my wife hadn’t alerted me? On the couch I would’ve remained…🤓 Maybe that whistle pig will let its guard slip and you’ll get lucky… That’s what happened to me…

My wife calls to me and says is that a woodchuck by the barn or a rabbit? I grab my binoculars and it a chuck. Asked my wife to keep and eye on it. And I ran to the safe and grabbed the Ghost Carbine, loaded up five JSB Exact Jumbo 18s. Got onto my deck and the poor thing didn’t stand a chance...

@Vetmx, much respect… 🙏 But “magical trinkets”? “Poedunk kits”? That the Evol is an awesome PCP may be indisputable. But it does lack versatility compared to other PCPs of like quality. Though I’ve never held an Evol, I believe my Ghost Carbine is as good in quality of build and performance. And...

Evol, Stout and Capable, but not Versatile… This gun in its current iteration is undisputely stout and shoots awesome. So? What’s the rub? For many it lacks the versatility of easy regulator adjustments, caliber changes, different barrel lengths, etc. “Special” tools for regular service items...

Amazing stamina to shoot all those sweet, not “cherry picked” groups… 🙏
