    Used and/or refurbished?

I bought a refurb Blitz from the factory and I swear I think it was new-unused. There wasn't a mark on it and it has been perfect for 2 years so far.

Huben Gk1 .25. Phenomenal Close range carry.

We used to call them whistle pigs when we were kids because when we hunted them if you whistled out loud they would stand on their hind legs to see who was whistling and then we would pop them LOL. Also the horse and cattle farmers were happy to let us hunt them on their property because they...

    Brocock/BRK BRK Brococks, Transparency…

I too have drunk the Brocock Koolaid! I love shooting them all. I now have 6 in .177, .22, and .25cal. I think .22cal. is the ideal cal. for a non magnum. I do have to admit though that for a short barrel carbine size pistol/rifle I prefer my Huben GK1 with the folding stock in .22cal. It...

N/A looking for a compressor (not a cheap one)

I have a Rovair from Pyramyd Air and it's been great for over a year and at least weekly use. It fills to 4500psi and has an auto shutoff. It also does not require extra cooling, it is all self contained. It also require 0 maintenance and uses 12 or 120volts. The only maitenance I do is change...

    Pellet sizers

Whenever I need to increase the diameter a little I usually powdercoat the pellets or slugs. It works pretty well most times. I had to double coat for my Huben GK1, but they work well.

    Simple compact swaging dies

I have a set of GMI dies from a couple of years ago and I used a small 6ton Harbor freight press on and also a heavy brass hammer. They both worked pretty well. I use lead wire with mine.

I died One year ago today

Fifteen years ago had a massive heart attack at work. Had a quintuple bypass so every day I wake up is a gift from God. Really glad you are still with us. Treasure every day as a gift. It's amazing how the small things don't seem so important anymore. Enjoy your new little buddy.

Airguns That You Broke, Received Broken, or Just Broke and You Never Fixed

I checked all of those things. It won't let the air in. I have the almost exact copy that Wes used to sell and tried exchanging parts and that didn't help either. I have repaired several other guns including 2 Brococks for filler problems and this is a different setup altogether. There is a ball...

Airguns That You Broke, Received Broken, or Just Broke and You Never Fixed

I also have an Alfa Proj that had very little use but has a fill issue that I have been unable to figure out. It won't accept air in the filler. I have had it apart several times and as of yet no luck fixing it. I usually bring it out when I have some extra time and and end up frustrated and put...

Airguns That You Broke, Received Broken, or Just Broke and You Never Fixed

When I bought my latest house I was doing some work up in the attic and I found an old Daisy air rifle in the eves under the insulation. It look old but like a copy of a 1894 Winchester bb gun. It was pretty rusted from being in an unheated attic. I tried taking it apart to clean it up and...

AEA I need advice on making my AEA TD .30 cal trigger become much lighter.

If you are a trigger snob you bought the wrong rifle. I have owned at least 6 AEA rifles and only my Challenger Pro had an ok trigger. They are not the rifles for a lover of fine triggers.

    Corbin vs Presslug

Yes, I got a resonse from someone there named Jan and we had several back and forth emails and he seemed reseptive to several suggestions I made to help them improve a few things. He said they are bringing in some new equipment which should help production. He also asked for a link to this forum...

Brocock/BRK Brocock Sniper XR Sahara or Commander XR

I went with the Sniper XR Sahara and have absolutely no regrets. It's a tack driver and never lets me down. And I love that stock! Personally I would take a Huben GK1 carbine with a folder stock over the Commander. More power, more shots in the magazine, and maybe more accurate to at least 50yrds.

    Corbin vs Presslug

I'm very happy with my choice of the Presslug. It has been extremely consistant in size and weight of the slugs. I have contacted Presslug and they told me they have invested in more machinery and should be expanding the die offerings in the near future. I just powdercoated another batch of...
