Air Venturi O ring size - Avenger AE Swede Plug O ring for Bottle Adapter Kit

A bonded washer would possibly work. Something is obviously wrong in your sealing area. A better fix would be to measure the o-ring groove and install the correct o-ring. If you have no way of measuring, then go to your local hydraulic shop and have them fit you the proper o-ring.

Crosman Crosman 362 Multi-Pump Pellet Rifle Barrel and Air tube outside diameters?

I found this “Crosman 1377 Picatinny rail“ on Thingiverse that I made 175% longer out of PET G to end up with a tight .436 diameter hole through. Reamed it to 7/16 with a drill bit. Should work Good. I only ran the infill at 20% but should go to 50% next time after we check the fit.

Penetrating oil probably will Not help because there is an o-ring sealing the threads. You might try a low temperature heat gun to heat the tube, or just set it out in the sun on a warm day.

    Barrel band

Did this for my 1st Gen Avenger, enabling the shroud to be clamped tight. 1st pic is the thinned down bolt and modified barrel nut. I cut through the rings where they intersect and drilled thru and counterbored to recess the nut and bolt heads. Helped lots!

A little help needed removing a very difficult to remove O Ring

If you are trying to remove a Buna N o-ring that is located in / on a metal piece, you can use Brake Cleaner to soften the o-ring. You could use a Q-tip to apply it. Brake Cleaner attacks rubber making it soft and swell. Just make sure not to get it on areas that you do not want it on.
