I've put 7 complete pistons.in mine in 3 years use. I think the little top 2nd stage piston rings only last so long...Its cheap and easy to rebuild anyway s...Its hardest rebuilding the first time...2nd and third time much easier....

It really didn't.. I measured the first poured lap it was .222 . When I finished it was still at .222. It was supposed to be .224 but most 22lr barrels are .222.. It takes a heavy grit to remover the reamer marks left on the rifeling... It was tight at both ends ...I lap until the whole...

AEA can't make barrels...Our cheap American barrels like Green Mountain and ER Shaw are leaps and bounds better...I really don't know how AEA can't even make right diameter barrrels.....Shaw uses WW1 machinery.. Its really scares me how the Airgun Industry promotes AEA and they can't do basic...

There are two focus one in front the big one and a second one at the back by the eyepiece. Try adjusting both and I bet your clarity and focus improve..
