Gamo Scope Mounting on a Gamo Hunter Ext Pro

    Backwards cantilever mount

Is the scope coming with a mount?

You didn't mention what you're getting but my ATN NV did. Most manufacturers list whats included in the box in their descriptions

    Practice, Training and attending matches

I just drop these at random places in my yard and then just range and shoot them. I take some notes on placement and then measure them later to verify my ranging was accurate. Other times I'll just stick the sticker on a popsicle stick and litter the yard with them. It really depends on how...

    Gamo Never again

That's exactly my point and why I test springer tunes at 25yds for customers and not 50. Eliminate as many variables as possible and see what the gun itself is doing. The kicker is that these barrels are typically freshly scrubbed clean too with under 10 shots through them when tested. I know if...

    HW/Weihrauch Fixed my hw 95

The Hornet springs are nice. Dont be surprised if that settles in quite a bit over the next tin and velocity goes down some. That is normal with those springs unless you preset that spring in a compressor

    Gamo Never again

Was it a Meteor Super by chance? I have two of them here. Neither shot worth a damn because the bores aren't concentric and the crown looked like a circumcision gone wrong. After re-crowning the guns the groups sizes shrunk considerably and the wild fliers disappeared Edit: Just realized who I...

    Gamo Never again

They'll look the same but twice as big. Shooting a spring gun at 50yds doesn't test the gun, it tests the shooter. Thats not what I need to do here.

    Gamo Never again

Go with the Cometa 400 for your cheaper plinking man. They cost a bit more than your normal Gamos but once they're tuned up they're fantastic and the triggers blow Gamo and Hatsan out of the water. These are 4 seperate guns that I did for customers this last week using a basic UTG 3-9x40AO. None...

    HW/Weihrauch Breech Seal Vendors (HW35)

Airrifleheadquarters.com or Vortek. They usually charge $9. HW breech seals last a VERY long time. I think I've replaced 2 in all of my HWs amd they were from the 70s and 80s

HW/Weihrauch New to the group HW35 repair help

Postage is expensive. $2-$3 for a padded envelope plus a few dollars in actual postage adds up quick. Unless you can find it on Amazon, nobody is going to ship a small low profit part for free. For stuff like this I try to buy several things at once to spread out the shipping costs

For the newcomers on thinking this will be cheaper than powder burners.

It gets even worse if you like high end springers. They're just cheap enough for you to just buy them on a whim but those "on a whim" purchases add up quickly because there are a LOT of really cool, nice springers out there

    What got you started?

Well that just sounds like a good party

    What got you started?

Covid happened, ammo got hard to find/ridiculously expensive so I bought a Gamo from Walmar5. Well, that thing was a turd so I went back to Walmart and bought a Gamo Magnum (obviously the first ones problem was lack of power) which wasn't much better. Then I found out about PCPs and bought a...

N/A 20fpe springer, or just under, from the factory for FT

A 124 will keep up with a 97K or TX200 all day. I think you'll be very happy with that decision. I can't speak for the D350 though. That gun is my Kryptonite. I have two of them and I just cannot shoot either particularly well. It's the only magnum I own that I struggle with and it isn't even my...

N/A 20fpe springer, or just under, from the factory for FT

I've shot in the 30s with a 17ftlb .22 97K from my butt on the ground. An 18-19fpe (appropriate power for a 10.3) .177 would be a bit easier. I'm shooting my ASP20 at a match this Sunday and even with the cheap 12x Sig scope and poor ranging capabilities I expect I'll still end up in the 30s...

By all means. Please aim for the head and/or throat

Kicking myself as we speak. Thank you 😊

N/A 20fpe springer, or just under, from the factory for FT

Just checked and they aren't now unfortunately. I'm afraid to ask how much the asking price was if you remember (so I can kick myself for missing them)

Thats great and I'm happy for you but that doesn't make them easy to find though... That being said if you can find me one that isn't outrageously expensive, tell them to contact me. I'd love to have one. Personally I'd prefer one of the "easier" to find .22s if possible
