Falcon told me the 503x was intended for 16x HFT due to the different cam design used on the parallax turret. The 505x is intended for the classes that shoot higher magnification than 16x. For your application, I'd email Falcon describing your needs. They are speedy to respond.

The key is to double load skirt first. They don’t rattle down the bore as badly and it improves your chances of impact.
