I seen spring #68 being shorter then the norm so its weaker to prevent the wheel from accidental movement and not moving while cocking the hammer spring. Quick fix put a shim in different thickness to strengthen the spring and see if it helps.

As a former FX USA R&D tech, we set up .22 500 at 95-110b shooting the 18gn at 880fps. same setup on the M4 at Sweden. In most cases dealer will modify the setting.
