I think it depends on what you want. Some collectable firearms can cost 6-7 digits, but a modern precision rifle can be 6-7 grand, while there are plenty of less expensive firearms, especially in the used market. Some higher quality pcp's can be upwards of $4000, collectables much higher, but...

These Altaros slugs are almost like precious metal to me so I don't shoot them often except for a little practice but for competition they are almost a must have. A little pricey but nevertheless a great product. Just sayin that when I open a tin a pellets and see what poor shape they are in...

Back when I critiqued the Heras pre production line they had sent me the Talos 10x to try out. It was right there with the Heras scopes in IQ and build quality which surprised me, specifically to the Heras 2-12 that I did side by sides against. I don't know if there were any changes to the Talos...

It could use a moderator too but moreso how it sounds near the ear where the air goes through the magazine. Mine might not be adjusted correctly as far as the gap but I haven't shot another ProX to be able to tell if mine is more loud than others or not.

I learned the hard way to bring foam ear plugs to pass out to the other competitors at my closer benches when I used my Thomas HPS.
