Tarantulas, tiny Kill Zones, and the DRS

Back in the way back days, a acquaintance of mine had 3 emperor scorpions i think they was named. Anyway one of them apparently drowned itself as it just lay there submerged in their water for a few weeks. So it was fished up with a pair of sausage tongs and put on a shelf to dry out CUZ it was...

Airgun Technologies Are all problems with me !! Vulcan 3 .22

I have the same on my .177 Vulcan 3 You for sure do not want to have it aiming up very much when cocking the thing. THB though not confirmed yet, but i fear the same might be the case with the Epic airguns Two rifle, just not gotten around to confirm it as i have shot it with single shot tray...

    FX FX went backward

I replaced the reg gauge on miner with a proper & larger wika one. I am thinking for my new rifle, when i get it shooting well, a digital REG gauge might be one of my first " upgrades " Filling i never look at the rifle, i look at the big gauge on my fill kit, i would not like to look at the in...

WEll i gave old Bertha a work out today"

That i do not know, but when the bunker barge ( floating gas station ) try to screw you over, it is generally for many tonnes of the stuff. On my first ship the engineer apprentice was supposed to fill a little motor oil on the engine, he put over 1000 liters in it, and it dident mind. I am...

WEll i gave old Bertha a work out today"

Yes it use to power the Danish capitol from 1933 and on, but as i recall not alone. It is pretty cool it is still there and working, also able to generate power again in a pinch. When it was no longer the largest diesel in the world, i assume it is CUZ Danish B&W ( Burmeister and Wain engine...

Fps all over the place on BRK atomic regulated gun

I had the same on my outing on Saturday, i had a really hard time getting a just sort of flat shot string on my Maverick. Okay before that the rifle was leaking at the bottle and i fixed that alright. Today i changed a couple of O-rings in the low pressure REG too, and found out that the HUMA...

WEll i gave old Bertha a work out today"

If you ever get to Copenhagen Denmark, well before you go visit the proper Denmark, you should visit Diesel house, about the 1 good thing there. Even if it only take 20 - 30 BAR to start a house sized diesel engine, well it is pretty cool. And for over 30 years it was the biggest diesel engine...

    HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY.....

When i was young i had little respect for my mother mainly as it was always her that put the foot down. That was of course just me being a stupid punk, today i have the utmost respect for the old lady, and i do honestly think that when she die, the world will be a lesser place. Kinda hard day...

    New shot shed planned

Okay back from a couple of days of dispensing lead with my Maverick, and then shed building too. Mind you my friend is in a bad place ATM with his arthritis, so its pretty much me wrestling things alone, and i have also taken a hit, starting with a fall from a ladder, fortunately from a low...

    Joe Shneehagen accident

There is a old story i was told as a machine worker apprentice, a tank fell off a truck and the valve came off and it devastated a whole street ( remember Denmark is Smallville ) TBH i still think the story was laying it on a bit too thick.

    FX Drs classic 700

The heavy liner can also shoot pellets just fine, even if i have the standard 700 mm liner too for my maverick i do not bother changing liner if i change to pellets. Mind you i shoot .177 where there are not really any difference in between regular and heavy liner, at least not the twist rate.

FX Delta Force Chassis for DRS and Panthera

Looking good 4 sure, but will probably take both model to a price range where i do not want to play. The DRS PRO is +3100 USD in Denmark, factoring in most Danes will buy that in the pea caliber,,,,,, OMG that is like getting the latest 911 model but fitted with a anemic VW motor so you can not...

Do you have lasers or Flashlights on your PCP?

No. But as a flashaholic i have a few flashlights that will easy light up my target when i shoot 80 - 100 M, actually they will make it daylight down there not just moonlight. Hell even my tiny EDC flashlight ( Wuben X0 ) You do not want to hold your finger in front of its glass for very many...

    Joe Shneehagen accident

I remember the Myth busters, wanting to make as Salami rocket, using NOS to get things / salami going. They did not get salami ignition but the rocket still flew on the NOS alone. I am pretty sure a 300 BAR bottle with the sudden loss of valve and so a 18 / 25 mm hole, would be one hell of a...

    FX FX Cutlass

I have the Cyclone and my friend have the Cutlass, both .22 and both procured back in 2012 15 and 18 grain JSBs do indeed run well in them. More or less the same rifle and they do also share the same repair kit. I am thinking about selling mine, even if looking at prices for a comparable FX...
