    Limit on Classifieds Ads bump?

I agree that the guys who’ve had the same ad up for literally years with no price changes can be super annoying. But honestly, now it just makes me laugh and wonder if their wives told them they had to sell something, so they list their guns (older gen models, mind you) at near retail so they...

    GX-E-5K2 PCP Air Compressor, 5800psi

He’s talking about Joe Brancato’s Great White tank, which is 9L/97cuft. Your math is off somewhere for you to get 2,831.68L lol.

why do people that say they don't know still

I don’t know OP, but your guess is as good as mine! :ROFLMAO: The thing to remember here is that this is a discussion forum. A lot of people are here to discuss, and that includes conjecture. What you as a reader have to do is learn to sift through the crap and find the truth. LOTS of reading...

    Limit on Classifieds Ads bump?

I think OP’s issue is that his ad’s getting buried quickly so nobody sees it. People have to know everything you posted above and must intentionally set those filters to only see new ads. I’ve been a member for like three years and never knew about the option to filter ads by original posts...

    Buying/selling Airguns

Yes, the classifieds here are fairly active. As noted above though, you have to be a member for more than 10 days and need to be an active participant. They set those requirements to help weed out scammers and people who want to just dump their stuff and disappear without any accountability if...

    Pellet Testing?

I’m not shooting benchrest or anything, so I’m not nearly as regimented or strict in my testing. For me: 1) No, I don’t clean between brands, but I generally will shoot a good ~20 or so pellets of the new brand/type before I really trust the results I get with each one. 2) Same brand: no...

    GX CS4-I shutting off

Man, the GX line seems like the perfect fit for what I need and can afford, but after reading NUMEROUS threads about their products, the general vibe I get is that they’re rather dismissive and not very helpful when you have problems…

    N/A High shot count .177s?

As I already have a Taipan in .25, this is a solid suggestion that I’ll keep my eyes peeled for just in case. :)

    N/A High shot count .177s?

High shot count with regard to air is entirely different than a high shot count magazine. I’m fine with 10-15rnd mags, as mags are generally quick and easy to fill and require no additional equipment. Filling air is a totally different thing. I’m solely concerned with air here, not magazine...

    N/A High shot count .177s?

No judgement detected, and even if there was, I wouldn’t care lol. I figure I’m spending my money and not yours, so ultimately the choice is mine alone to make regardless of what anyone else thinks. But again, I didn’t think you were prodding me at all, and it never hurts to ask! :) Truthful...

    N/A High shot count .177s?

Sure, but my Taipan and EdGun R3 feel just fine lol. The reach to the trigger is too long, the finger grooves aren’t spaced right, and it just didn’t feel as good as the higher end bullpups I have. It can be fixed/tailored to suit me, I just have to be willing to make permanent, irreversible...

    N/A High shot count .177s?

I do need to join and troll more UK airgun forums, yes. My only real issue with a strictly 12fpe .22 is the trajectory. 12fpe is 12fpe, but as I’m sure you’re aware, how you get there makes a world of difference. A .177 will have a flatter trajectory than a .22 when tuned that low, but I guess...

    N/A High shot count .177s?

I had an Akela in .177 and liked its performance overall, but it didn’t fit me great. If I can snag a refurb from AR next time they have them, I might consider altering the stock to fit me better. That would certainly be one of the least expensive ways to go!

    N/A High shot count .177s?

Truth be told, I only have one .22 PCP right now, a Benjamin Cayden. I wouldn’t be opposed to another .22 rather than a .177, as I have a healthy stockpile of .22 pellets from 14gr-18gr. But I also have a very healthy supply of H&N Finale Match 8.18gr wadcutters in .177 to go through as well, so...

    N/A High shot count .177s?

I have .25 stuff covered well, and I think I have .22 down well enough at the moment (that can always change though, lol). But I’m considering a .177 PCP purely to have something with a high shot count per fill (200+). I realize shot count varies based on the tune, so if it helps I’d be happy...

Huben PCP Progression - What was yours?

    1) Benjamin Marauder Gen2 .25 (sold) 2) Benjamin Cayden .22 3) Benjamin Akela .177 (sold) 4) Taipan Vet 1 Long .25 5) EdGun Lelya 2.0 .22 (sold) 6) EdGun R3 Long .25 7) Brocock Sniper XR Magnum .25 Like many others, I’ve been burned buying “cheap”/inexpensive items in other areas. The Benjamins...
