Thanks for the information. I have a steep learning curve as I'm still trying to decide on the first pcp. First purchase will be a smaller semi-auto rifle, .25/.30, that I can fit behind the tractor seat, which fits in a backpack to keep it from getting jarred around.

My first pcp was a HP SS in .30 and had a bad experience with magazines/cycling. I was drawn in by the semi auto. Then purchased an Avenger in .25 and was blown away. Now shooting a Avenge x carbine in .25 and have no regrets going with air venturi.

...than I expected - leave money for a decent scope - the Donny FL 30 cal Yokozuna moderator eliminates a lot of the noise but its not super loud to begin with (they recommend the 30 cal on a 25 cal rifle if the barrel is already moderated like the Avenge-X) Very happy with it as a first PCP.
