my AF talon-p carbine has an aluminum tank, but its noted that 3000psi max.

i tore mine down to fix a jam. with the help of jacespace, (have i told yall i cant see good no) didnt remove the barrel from the mag housing ( or what ever its called) if i encounter anything more than a jam, its going to Kelly PDQ !!! (y)

yes that can be done, or submerge filled gun in water and watch for bubbles..... and cleaning the gun completely soon after. also, but a balloon on the muzzle to check valve, poppet and so on.

look at the rupture disk plug, it should tell you a pressure rating to fail if over filled. i've never seen an aluminum tank take more than 200bar/3000psi

that is a completely understandable reason to eliminate them. sorry for your loss......

yep its that time of the year here on the farm. i too will let the rattlers go but the cottonmouths die on the spot !!
