What did you do airgun related today.

It was another warm humid day in OKC, but I had the .177 BSA R10 on the tripod, overwatching a half dozen starling deeks on the back lawn. It was slow going today, but out of the corner of my eye I saw something small land in the yard. It was about 25 yards away so check it out through my...

    What type magazines are these?

Don’t think they are Theoben SLR because they don’t have the finger sticking out both sides of the magazine. They are all the same. I’ll have to check out the BSA R10’s.

Other Just how much must I pay for "Accuracy" in a PCP gun?

...is the best bet for "consistent accuracy." However, besides finding something "on sale,". I went a little "old school" and purchased a BSA R10 SE from Airguns of Arizona. I spoke with a young man named Logan, who was very patient and helpful in answering my questions. He sweetened the...

    BSA New R10 delivered

No I hear you about the power, it's workable for sure and they really are a sharp looking airgun. Bsa r10 and tx 200 are the best looking guns In My book.

...away. Fired and missed completely. I get the same thing with all the guns... no first shot dependability. Part of what I read on Hard Air website article was the BSA R10 SE is a gun that's best taken out of the box and shot... and that it's NOT for those who tinker.... which is what I...

    Other Why so expensive?

I own around 12 air rifles. These listed are walnut and steel traditional styling. I have ordered them in my opinion of quality, shoot-ability, reliability and accuracy as: 1. Daystate (.22 Air Wolf, .20 Huntsman Regal, .177 Mark 4) 2. Steyr (.22 H5 Hunter) 3. American Air Arms (.30 Evol...

N/A Looking to get into PCP

...I would be fine with any of them if I was confident that they wouldn't fail on me. So I suppose reliability would be my first priority over anything else. The Air Venturi AvengeX looks nice And again, I'd love to find a BSA R10 or even an R12 but they're impossible to find here for some reason.

HW/Weihrauch Here it is. My last airgun came today.

Before I got the rifle I almost added a kit for it to a Vortek order I have to make. I'll wait to shoot it a bit to see if I want to put another hundred plus bucks in it . I'll be getting upside-down with any extra money I put in it now. If I made my own stuff like you I'd probably be more...

Beeman what velocities from your R8?

Thank you gentlemen. No wonder people rave about their Hw50/55s. Power to weight they're probably close to a 77/97 platform. I didn't realize the R8 would be that close to the R7. I know they're both 25mm but i hoped the longer stroke was worth more. Oh well Thanks for the info

...a Beeman RX2 in 20 cal as I used it for hunting. It wasn’t close to as accurate as that 97 was and I miss it. So now I just picked up a used BSA R10MK2 in 177 and bought a LW 20 caliber blank. I’m going to replace the 177 and make a 20 caliber R10. Hope I get the accuracy along with the...

That's my only complaint on those BSA SE guns. That 1st stage is super long.

    N/A Manual PCP filling

Update: I did get a BSA R10 in .177cal It tested out at an average over 10 shots at 20.5 fpe I decided to give a cheap Amazon compressor a chance and it's worked just fine!

N/A Whats your most consistently accurate airgun?

...and accurately shoot my .22 Daystate Airwolf the best. My .177 Daystate Mk4, .20 Daystate Huntsman Regal, .22 Air Arms S510 Carbine FAC and my .177 BSA R10 are right there as well. It's just that the Airwolf trigger is by far #1 of them all except the MK4 is an almost undiscernible #1A)

I have the newer R10 SE .22 from AOA and the trigger on mine is great.. Its regulated and very consistent and accuracy hangs right with my Crown MK2 which if Im doing my part will shoot little finger tip size 5 shot groups at 32 yds. I thought I had read that they werent made to be tuned BSA...
