    crossman pellets

GAMO has destroyed Crosman. It I unfortunate. Look for everything to have a GAMO name on it and "Made in Spain". Hope the tariffs hit them hard. Another example of a foreign company acquiring a US Company and shutting them down.

Has Anybody Tested Out The New Crosman Pellets Yet?

GAMO bough Daisy and Crosman to put them out of business so they could take over the lower cost pellet market. Hope the tariffs bite them in the ass.

    Crossman/Benjamin parts ordering change

You can stick a fork in Crosman, it's done. If you look on their website, most everything is "out of stock". The very reliable CPHPs have been replaced with made in Spain, GAMO Garbage.

What do you guys/gals think? ,your opinion wanted.

If you want to spend the money, a sidewinder, sidewinder compact in either .22 or .25 would be great. I have a compact in .22 and I shoot it more than any other airgun I own. 5000 CPHPs and no issues at all. It does not care if you are left handed, that is irrelevant. I have a lefty friend...

N/A Muzzle energy varies with pellet weight, WHY?

Here is something else to consider. In a PCP or Pumper (to a certain extent), when the trigger is pulled the air in the plenum is released instantly and the full force of the compressed air pushes the pellet out of the barrel. This normally is a consistent process. In a springer, as the...

Gamo Better than expected tune up

I love mine. It was the first AG I purchased before falling into the rabbit hole. I replaced my spring with a piston long ago. Purchased the replacement and moly impregnated seal from an airgun place in Australia. Greatly increased the muzzle velocity and was able to get better accuracy. I...

New Forum Member - Air Rifle choice suggestions

You get what you pay for. In the air gun world it is the best to save your money and buy once cry once. If you buy something that is relatively inexpensive and ends up not meeting your needs, you will cry several times before you reach air gun Nirvana.

    Crosman pellets

I just picked up the last 10 tins of CPHP's .22 in my local Walmart. They have been replaced with a Crosman labeled tin made in Spain. Gammo bought Crosman and is now replacing the Crosman pellets with their garbage pellets. All the .177 pellets were Crosman, made in Spain. I guess I will...

Zelle is no more as a payment method....

My bank is enrolled in Zelle and I have always used the bank site to do any transaction. I never trust an app when I can use the bank's site. Banks have a lot more security in place for transfers than the app that relies on updates every time the iOS system updates. Too much room for a hacker...

Has Anybody Tested Out The New Crosman Pellets Yet?

I will never buy a Crosman pellet made in Spain. I knew this type of garbage was going to happen when Gamo bought Crosman.

Other New to PCP rifles need help :)

For what you are describing as targets, A .22 in any of the rifles recommended will more than get the job done. If you are set at .25, remember ammo is more expensive vs. .22. For small game a JSB .22 in 18 gr will take down anything from a field mouse to a groundhog. JMHO. You buy what you like.
